I enjoy capturing the sights of North Carolina in my watercolor paintings and photography. Inspiration comes from flowers of every variety adorning the landscape; brilliant autumn colors; breathtaking views of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains; the inviting Atlantic Ocean with its spectacular sunrises and sunsets, sandy dunes, endless beaches, and fascinating lighthouses. As an artist and photographer, I find special moments of inspiration and wonder in every season.

Artist Bio

I have been very fortunate to spend time in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Outer Banks of North Carolina, the ocean and the Gulf of Mexico in Florida. I have enjoyed many vacations within the United States and abroad which have added perspective to my art and photography. Since moving to North Carolina in 2008, I have had the opportunity to take watercolor painting classes to fulfill a lifelong interest in art.

I am a member of the Alamance Arts Council, Alamance Artisans, Burlington Artists League, and Alamance Photography Club.
