We’ve had a great early response for the Call For Artists for our All-Guild Event, Alamance Artisans Annual Art Extravaganza 2018!. We have met the 30 maximum number of participants. The CFA is now closed.
The Steering Committee is now in the process of creating the brochure, advertising and setting up timelines for the event held at Vailtree Event Center, 1567 Bakatsias Lane, Haw River, NC 27258, on Saturday, October 20 & Sunday, October 21, 2018.
TIMELINE OF EVENTS 2018:
Mandatory meeting: TBA
Set up of booths for participants: Friday, Oct. 19th, 12 – 5 pm
Art Extravaganza event: Saturday, October 20 & Sunday, 21, 2018
Wrap-Up party for participants: TBA
