Cindy Biles

Out of the Fire
Hypoallergenic jewelry, clay sculpture

My narrative sculpture may evoke memories and emotions or make a statement on how I see mankind's place in the world. I'm inspired by recollections from my childhood, observations, and musings about the human condition. Some of my work explores our desires, concerns, disappointments, victories, hopes, ways of coping, and our need for acceptance. Many pieces tell stories of experiences that a lot of us have in common and how they transform us.
